Will PropertyBingo take off?

Today is a heartening day.

This is the day our rates goes back to $27pm/Ad.  For those who had miss the $12pm/Ad, take heart and look out for occassional promotions.  It won't be as low as $12pm/Ad but still, many felt it's still a very affordable "if" responses are good.

Someone was asking me, "Danny, how sure are you that PropertyBingo will take off?"  That question had been in my mind for the umpteen times since 2 years back!

Ask yourself, "If you are a buyer looking for properties, where will you go?"  The Classifieds, obviously!  That's because, it has been around for the last 100 years, for goodness sake!  The Classifieds is a great media and it meets masses' needs.

That's where the difference creeps in.  It's for the masses. You have to pay for the masses - more than 300,000 copies daily.  But then, how many property buyers are there?  How often will they flip to find what you're selling?  Which day?  Which column.  Basically, you need to have deep pockets to survive and it's a shame.  The market is cruel, it only helps those with huge budget, don't you agree?

Now, imagine you are the buyer. When you're driving on the road, you heard on radio Gold 90.5 about calling a toll free line when looking for properties. The 1800-MATCHED.  What would you do?  Go back home tonight to flip papers again or make a call instantly?  Which is more convenient?  The answer is obvious.  Will this become a trend? I hope so but you decide.

When you reach office and you're online, would you prefer to check out www.propertybingo.com and get instant matches effortlessly from more than 11,000 properties or would you rather flip through the papers and let your boss knows you're looking for a house instead of working your deadline?

What would you do? Get a Match or get fired?  Got it?
