Property News & Market Trends
Why 90% of us failed to Succeed?
Posted Date: 19 Jun 2007The property market is hot yet there are still many who don't seem to make more than they could. In this kind of market, making $2-3k pm is considered way below par. If you are one of those who don't seem to cut it, did you ask yourself why?
Some men have thousands of reasons why they can't do what they want to, when all they need is one reason why they can. Are you? Do you have just ONE good reason? If you are thinking most of the time, and giving up all the time, I'm sure you didn't put into action right on time.
I understand you may be finding it difficult in getting properties to sell, so are the 10,000 agents out there. So, you're not alone. But then, why join them? When opportunites are met with preparation, and the right people are met with a burning desire, the only obstacle left is determination. Action works better than thots. Decide what you want and just act on it.
So my dear friend, have you decided? I know you may have second thoughts and perhaps even seeking out alternatives as competition heats up. Life as an agent is not a bed of roses, especially now. Every month there are at least 1,000 people joining as agents. At this rate, coupled with a shrinking supply chain, there is little wonder why life as an agent is going to be tougher.
So, someone was asking me if I have a solution for them. Frankly, for being a successful agent, I don't have a quick solution. It's a tough trek & you need some cash to succeed, unfortunately.
However, for those who may want to take some free time to venture out for an alternative source of revenue, I suggest working on an Internet business. It's the lowest risk, very low cost and if you hit it right like me, you may be able to derive a decent & steady income to supplement your ups & downs as an agent. And you don't have to give up being an agent. That's ideal.
For results within a week or two, I would recommend these few to start with:

3) For those keen in entertainment, try SatTV: View unlimted channels, movies, Music videos fr 78 countries. Cool!

There. It's not a guarantee but with some genuine self effort, anyone can make it, especially you. Hope to hear success stories from you in 2 weeks' time! And please remember, if you make it, don't forget to help others get there too! Wish you the best. Cheers! - Danny 'Bingo'
