Millionaire Agents - Newsletter-style
Posted Date: 19 Apr 2008It's been a wild ride for the past month or so. Property asking prices in HDB and some private homes are still high. But majority of sub-sales are asking much lower than last year.
The number of transactions had plummeted almost 88% since the peak in June 2007! Not forgetting all the option-tradings going around during that period. Transactions actually hit the roof!
Well, so much for URA reporting an increase of 4.5% in price index. The market for the last 3 months was so slow, its bad news for thousands of agents! How long does it take for the government to realise that? Not to mention the analysts.
Recently, HDB introduced a Checklist for all pending HDB transactions due to the mass complaints against agents not being ethical. That's gonna hurt decent agents. Unfortunately, that's life. It gets tougher everyday.
Anyway, from some feedbacks we had received, we had decided to put our articles up as a newsletter. It's more personal and that would allow interaction.
So, if you want to be updated with the articles, feel free to send me an email to danny@propertybingo.com.
Thank you and God bless.
